The furthest you would travel to a placement, one way. This is measured in a straight line on the map rather than by bus or train times, so allow a little extra.
The kinds of work you are interested in. Pick as many as you like - the more you choose, the more placements will match you. You do not need to know exact job titles; we match related industries for you.
The earliest date you could start a placement. If you are not sure yet, leave both dates blank - it will not count against you.
The latest date you could still be on a placement.
For example Year 11, Year 12, or the course you are on.
